Quality Manager cosmetics

Role Description The Quality Manager – Cosmetics will oversee and maintain quality standards across all cosmetic production and related processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements. This full-time, on-site role is based in El Sadat City and includes monitoring manufacturing activities, conducting inspections and audits, and implementing corrective and preventive actions. The role involves developing, updating, and enforcing quality procedures, collaborating with production, R&D, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The Quality Manager will also prepare and maintain documentation, quality reports, and metrics, contribute to training programs on quality and compliance, and work closely with management to align quality objectives with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Management, preferably in Cosmetics or Personal Care manufacturing.
• Good understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Strong knowledge of GMP and ISO 22716 requirements.
• Experience with CAPA, Deviations, Change Control, Risk Management, and Internal/External Audits.
• Experience in handling Customer Complaints and Quality Investigations.
• Experience in Supplier Quality Management and evaluation of raw materials and packaging materials.
• Experience in team management, coaching, and performance monitoring.
• Good knowledge of regulatory requirements related to cosmetics and personal care products.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• ISO 22716, ISO 9001, GMP, Lead Auditor, or Six Sigma certifications are a plus
