ROLE SUMMARY
Store Quality manager is responsible for supporting activities to ensure the highest quality and food safety in all areas of operations within the store. Role Location: Damanhour Store

ROLE PROFILE

• Undertake Detailed Quality/Food Safety Audit On Store
• Following Up All The Audits Action Plans
• Manage The Consumption Rate Of The Chemicals Usage Through Staff Awareness And Chemical Tools Like Qfm And Wall Mount And Consequently Saving Cost.
• Ensure That The Quality Policies And Procedure Are Adhered To And Strictly Implemented In The Store
• Monitoring And Ensuring That The Withdrawal And/Or Recall Is Implemented And Performed Effectively
• Follow Up Customer Complaints And The Investigation Results Of Each Single Complaint And The Suitable Corrective Action Which Is Enhancing The Customer Experience And Satisfaction Impacting Maf Image And Reputation.
• Monitoring The Laboratory Samples Results And The Suitable Corrective Action In Store
• Monitoring And Ensuring That The Withdrawal And/Or Recall Is Implemented And Performed Effectively.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor'S Degree In Food Science Or Equivalent.
• 3+ Years In Related Food Quality And Safety, 1+ Years Within The Retail Working With Food Is Preferable.
• Excellent In English Language And Microsoft Office Tools
• Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills
• Process Associated With The Development And Monitoring Of Products
