Position Summary:
A leading healthcare organization in Riyadh is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Quality Manager to lead and enhance quality, patient safety, and accreditation initiatives across its medical services.
The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving compliance with national and international healthcare standards, improving clinical and operational performance, and fostering a culture of continuous quality improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Quality & Accreditation Management
- Lead the development and implementation of quality management systems across all departments.
- Ensure full compliance with healthcare regulatory bodies such as CBAHI, MOH, and other relevant standards.
- Prepare and manage accreditation processes, audits, and site inspections.
Patient Safety & Risk Management
- Establish and monitor patient safety programs and incident reporting systems.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Promote a strong culture of safety and accountability.
Performance Improvement
- Develop KPIs and quality indicators aligned with organizational goals.
- Monitor performance dashboards and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Analyze data trends to identify gaps and implement improvement plans.
Policies & Compliance
- Develop, review, and update policies, procedures, and clinical protocols.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
- Lead internal audits and compliance reviews.
Leadership & Training
- Lead and mentor the quality team.
- Conduct training and awareness programs related to quality and patient safety.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative departments to ensure alignment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Quality Management, Nursing, or related field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in healthcare quality, preferably within hospitals or medical centers.
- Strong experience in CBAHI accreditation and healthcare compliance in KSA.
- Professional certifications such as:
- CPHQ (Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality) – Preferred
- Lean Six Sigma – Advantage
- Strong knowledge of quality tools, KPIs, and audit methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
