MEMF Electrical Industries Co. is the industrial arm of KFB Holding Group, supporting Saudi Arabia's power infrastructure with locally engineered and high-quality electrical products.
We operate advanced manufacturing facilities in Riyadh, producing a wide range of solutions for utility and industrial customers, including:

- Circuit breakers (MCB / MCCB / ACB)
- LV & MV instrument transformers

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor production stages including incoming materials, in-process fabrication, electrical testing, and dispatch activities.
- Lead customer complaint analysis and implement corrective actions to reduce recurring issues.
- Develop and establish Quality Assurance Plans (QAP) and Inspection Test Plans (ITP) in accordance with customer specifications.
- Introduce and enforce new work procedures to meet evolving requirements.
- Coordinate with customers during Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) to ensure satisfaction and compliance.
- Prepare detailed Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reports for quality issues and non-conformances.
- Conduct internal audits and oversee the implementation of the Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2015).
- Perform electrical testing and job inspections during the absence of engineering personnel.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure products meet requirements and achieve zero defects.
- Raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) for any deviations and take necessary actions to prevent recurrence.
- Identify resource needs, including tools, tackles, and testing equipment, ensuring their availability and readiness.
- Plan and maintain calibration schedules and records for testing and measuring instruments.
- Assess and approve new suppliers to maintain quality standards.
- Identify skill and knowledge gaps and develop training programs to bridge them.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on new customer requirements and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- 10–15 years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of electrical transformers and related products
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer coordination and team collaboration.
- In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes including tank fabrication and USS manufacturing.
- Expertise in electrical testing and inspection methodologies.
- Proficiency in developing and implementing Quality Assurance Plans and Inspection Test Plans.
