We are supporting a leading international organisation in the search for a Quality & HSE Manager to take ownership of quality, compliance, and continuous improvement across the Middle East & Africa region.
This is a high-impact role suited to someone who enjoys working at both a strategic and operational level, driving standards, improving processes, and influencing stakeholders across a complex, multi-country environment.
The Role
- Lead and develop the regional quality function, setting direction and driving best practices
- Own and manage the Integrated Management System (IMS), including ISO standards and audits
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Partner with cross-functional teams (projects, service, supply chain) to improve quality performance
- Establish and track KPIs and metrics, using data to drive continuous improvement
- Promote a strong quality and safety culture through training and engagement
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in quality management systems and process improvement
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards (e.g. ISO 45001, ISO 14001) and audit processes
- Background in engineering, manufacturing, or industrial environments
- Experience working across multiple regions or in global organisations
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Analytical mindset with a hands-on approach to problem solving
