We're Hiring | Part-Time Quality (CBAHI Focused)

We are a Dental Medical Complex seeking a Quality Manager / Quality Specialist (Part-Tim 4-5 visits per year) with a strong focus on CBAHI standards and accreditation.

Key Requirements:

- CBHQ certification (mandatory)

- Strong experience with CBAHI standards and accreditation preparation

- Ability to conduct gap analysis, internal audits, and corrective action plans

- Develop and review policies and procedures aligned with CBAHI requirements

- Job title is flexible (Manager or Specialist)

- Available to work on a part-time basis

Role Responsibilities:

- Support and oversee CBAHI implementation and compliance

- Prepare the facility for CBAHI surveys and assessments

- Monitor quality indicators and continuous improvement initiatives
