Quality Supervisor

Role Description

The Quality Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and enforcing quality standards across all stages of wood manufacturing, ensuring products meet approved specifications, drawings, and finishing requirements. The role includes conducting inspections, supervising quality control teams, identifying defects, implementing corrective actions, and maintaining compliance with company and industry standards. The Quality Supervisor works closely with production, engineering, and project teams to ensure consistent quality, minimize rework, and support on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of proven experience in a wood manufacturing/joinery factory (mandatory)
• Proficiency in Quality Control and Quality Assurance processes
• Ability to manage timelines, teams, and client requirements effectively
