About Us

MISAC, Midea Shaker Company is collaboration between Midea Residential Air Conditioners (Midea RAC) and Midea Building Technologies (Midea MBT) with Hussein & Al-Hassan G. Shaker Bros. for Modern Trading Co. LTD (HH-Shaker) aims to establish a joint venture encompassing local manufacturing and sales, dedicated to breaking into the HVAC engineering market.

As the political and economic hub of the Middle East, Saudi Arabia has witnessed rapid development in its infrastructure and engineering sectors under the Vision 2030. MISAC is actively responding to the initiatives of investing in Saudi and local manufacturing, as well as the sustainable development strategy. Leveraging advanced energy-saving technologies and intelligent products, MISAC provides efficient, low-carbon HVAC solutions for the local market, which are widely applied across various fields including residential, commercial, industrial, agricultural, and large-scale public facilities.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Establishment of Quality Management System: Establish and maintain the company's quality management system to ensure compliance with ISO9001 and other standards;

2. System Document Management: Prepare, revise, and maintain quality management system documents, including quality manuals, procedure documents, work instructions, etc.;

3. Internal Audit Management: Organize and implement internal quality audits, track the rectification of issues identified during audits;

4. Management Review Support: Assist in organizing management review meetings, track the implementation of review decisions;

5. Quality Objective Management: Set the company's quality objectives, monitor the achievement of these objectives, and analyze the reasons for any deviations;

6. Continuous Improvement Promotion: Drive the continuous improvement of the quality management system, enhancing quality management levels;

7. Quality Training Management: Organize quality management training to improve employee quality awareness and skills;

8. Customer Audit Response: Assist in responding to customer quality audits, prepare audit materials, and track the rectification of audit issues.

9. Product Certification: Responsible for the company's product SASO certification, including product testing, handling test issues, and interfacing with certification bodies;

10. Finished Product Quality Management: Responsible for the quality management of finished products at the factory, including finished product inspection processes, nonconforming product handling processes, PDCA processes, etc.;

11. Market Improvement: Responsible for market quality issue management, including interfacing with customers to handle issues at the client end, and coordinating with internal production to implement improvement measures.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or above, in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Manufacturing, or related fields;

2. More than 2 years of experience in Quality Management Systems, with ISO9001 Internal Auditor certification;

3. Familiarity with ISO9001 Quality Management System standards and requirements;

4. Experience in establishing and maintaining Quality Management Systems;

5. Proficiency in Quality Management tools and methods;

6. Strong analytical and organizational coordination skills;

7. Good written communication and training skills;

8. Rigorous and meticulous work style, with a strong sense of responsibility.
