We are partnering with a highly sophisticated Single Family Office in Abu Dhabi seeking a Quant Researcher to strengthen its macro-structural portfolio construction and regime-driven research capability.

This is not a hedge fund alpha seat. The focus is on evaluating, stress-testing and refining systematic frameworks that support top-down allocation decisions across asset classes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and enhance macro-informed systematic research frameworks
• Stress-test multi-asset portfolios across shifting regimes
• Analyse correlation behaviour, factor dynamics and structural breaks
• Strengthen portfolio risk architecture and capital allocation discipline
• Deliver clear, decision-grade research to senior investment leadership

Profile

• Background in systematic macro, cross-asset research or multi-asset portfolio analytics
• Strong regime awareness and portfolio construction intuition
• Comfortable refining and challenging existing models rather than competing on short-horizon alpha
• Rigorous, production-quality research standards

Direct live PnL ownership is not required. Deep, team-based research contribution is.

Relocation support to Abu Dhabi will be provided for international candidates.
