Quantitative Platform / Infrastructure Engineer Dubai

A leading systematic equity hedge fund is hiring a Quantitative Platform / Infrastructure Engineer to join its growing Dubai team.

You will take responsibility for the infrastructure underpinning the research and trading environment, working directly with quantitative researchers to improve platform scalability, reliability and efficiency.

The goal is to modernize and strengthen the firm's quantitative research infrastructure so researchers can work faster, test ideas more efficiently and operate on a more scalable production platform.

What we're looking for

• Strong Linux and production infrastructure experience
• Strong Python and automation skills
• Experience with data pipelines, databases and large research datasets
• CI/CD, deployment and environment management experience
• Experience supporting research, trading or data-intensive platforms
• Strong troubleshooting and systems-thinking capability
• Comfortable working directly with quantitative researchers and investment professionals
• Experience within systematic trading, hedge funds, electronic trading or quantitative research environments is highly desirable
