Essential Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
- Minimum 15+ years of Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management experience within the construction industry.
- Proven experience managing the commercial and contractual aspects of mega construction projects (AED 500 Million+ preferred).
- Strong exposure to high-rise residential towers, Commercial-use developments, commercial buildings, hospitality projects, and large-scale infrastructure works.
- Extensive knowledge of contract administration, cost control, budgeting, forecasting, procurement, and change management.
- Demonstrated experience with FIDIC contracts and other international forms of contract.
- Strong background in managing subcontractor accounts, cost reporting, claims, variations, and final account settlements.
- Experience leading and mentoring QS and Commercial teams in a fast-paced project environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage with clients, consultants, contractors, and senior management.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and commercial decision-making capabilities.
- Proficiency in commercial management systems, ERP platforms, and industry-standard QS software.
Preferred Requirements
- Previous experience working with leading Tier-1 contractors or major developers.
- Exposure to GCC mega projects is highly desirable.
- MRICS, RICS Chartered Status, or equivalent professional certification is preferred.
- Western nationality candidates are preferred (subject to organizational hiring policies and local employment regulations).
- Available to join within a short notice period will be an advantage.

- Lead all project commercial activities from pre-contract through post-contract stages.
- Develop and implement robust cost management and commercial strategies.

- Drive project profitability while ensuring contractual compliance and risk mitigation.
