Quantity Survey Team Leader

The Quantity Survey Team Leader is responsible for managing quantity surveying activities within the Technical Office Department, including cost estimation, budgeting, and contract administration. The role involves leading the QS team, ensuring accurate quantities and cost control, and coordinating with site, design, and planning teams to support project execution. The position also supports the Technical Office Manager in maintaining efficient work procedures on site.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review quantity take-offs and BOQs.
• Handle cost estimation, budgeting, and tender pricing.
• Monitor project costs and report any deviations.
• Manage contracts, variations, and claims.
• Support procurement by reviewing subcontractor offers.
• Lead and supervise the quantity surveying team.
• Coordinate with design, site, and planning teams.
• Act on behalf of the Technical Office Manager to ensure proper work procedures on site.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in quantity surveying/technical office roles.
• On-Site Experience is a MUST
• Very Good command of written and spoken English is required
