Quantity Surveyor

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor – Civil to join our team.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field

• Minimum 10 years of experience in quantity surveying

• Strong experience working with main contractors

• Proven experience in building and high-rise construction projects

• Strong knowledge of cost planning, budgeting, tendering, procurement, contract administration, variations, and claims

• Experience in preparing interim valuations, subcontractor payments, cost reports, and final accounts

• Good knowledge of construction contracts and commercial procedures

• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills

• UAE/GCC construction experience is preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the project's commercial and contractual activities

• Prepare and review budgets, cost plans, and project forecasts

• Evaluate subcontractor quotations and payment applications

• Prepare variations, claims, and supporting documentation

• Monitor project costs and identify potential commercial risks

• Coordinate with project, procurement, finance, and subcontractor teams

• Ensure timely submission of valuations and settlement of final accounts
