Job Description

Overview

The Quantity Surveyor manages cost-control activities, measurements, and contract-related tasks for infrastructure projects.

Your role

  • Prepare interim payment applications, measurement sheets, and cost reports.
  • Review contract documents and ensure compliance with cost parameters.
  • Measure completed work and prepare BOQs for changes or additional works.
  • Assist in claims, variations, and commercial negotiations.
  • Monitor project cost performance and report deviations.
  • Evaluate contractor invoices and support contract administration.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering.
  • 5–10 years QS experience, preferably on road/highway projects.
  • Strong knowledge of FIDIC, contract management, and cost-control tools.
  • Excellent analytical, documentation, and negotiation skills.
