About the Role

Archpix Engineering Consultants is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor Engineer to join our Construction & Tendering Department.

We are looking for a qualified professional with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, and Contract Administration, with strong knowledge of project cost control and contractual matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and review Quantity Surveying activities, including quantity take-offs, measurements, and payment applications.

• Monitor Project Cost & Budget and prepare regular cost reports.

• Prepare, review, and analyze Variations, Claims & Extension of Time (EOT).

• Review and manage the financial and contractual aspects of projects in accordance with FIDIC conditions.

• Review and evaluate payment applications and financial entitlements of contractors and subcontractors.

• Prepare and follow up on Final Accounts and final project settlements.

• Coordinate with project, construction, and tendering teams to ensure accurate cost and contractual management.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in Quantity Surveying and Cost Management.

• Proven professional experience working with FIDIC contract conditions and contract administration is mandatory.

• Strong experience in quantity take-off, cost control, payment applications, variations, claims, and final accounts.

• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to review and manage project financial and contractual matters effectively.

• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Languages: Arabic & English
