Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor Engineer specialized in Interiors Work, based in Cairo. The selected candidate will handle day-to-day tasks such as preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQs), managing and controlling project costs,

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents.
• Conduct quantity take-offs and measure projectrequirements accurately.
• Prepare and analyze cost breakdowns for project items.
• Review and interpret shop drawings to support cost estimation.
• Monitor project costs and prepare periodic cost reports.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth project execution.
• Support cost control activities and assist in budget management.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field
• Familiarity with interior design projects is a plus
• Excellent communication, team collaboration, and time-management abilities

Requirements:

. Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.

. 12 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor (preferably in interior or fit-out projects).

. Strong knowledge of cost estimation, BOQs, and contracts.

. Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and ERP systems.

. Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
