This is a full-time, on-site role as a Quantity Surveyor specializing in Roads and Infrastructure, located in Dubai. The role involves cost control, preparing and managing bills of quantities (BOQs), providing cost management and planning for projects, and generating detailed cost reporting. The Quantity Surveyor will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure budget compliance and efficient resource allocation throughout the project lifecycle.

• Expertise in Cost Control and effective financial monitoring skills
• Proficiency in preparing and managing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for infrastructure projects
• Strong abilities in Cost Management and Cost Planning
• Experience in preparing detailed Cost Reporting and providing analytical insights
• Strong knowledge of roads and infrastructure project management
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools for quantity surveying
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in the UAE's construction and infrastructure sector is advantageous
