Quantity Surveyor - French Speaker

What You'll Achieve:

Cost Management & Estimation

Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets based on project specifications.

Conduct feasibility studies and cost analysis to optimize resource allocation.

Develop cost control strategies and track project expenditures to prevent overruns.

Measurement & Valuation

Perform quantity take-offs, material measurement, and cost valuations.

Prepare interim and final payment applications for contractors and suppliers.

Assess project variations and change orders, ensuring accurate cost adjustments.

Risk & Dispute Resolution

Identify potential financial risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Support in claims management, dispute resolution, and contractual negotiations.

Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and environmental regulations.

Collaboration & Reporting

Work closely with project managers, site engineers, and finance teams to ensure project financials are on track.

Prepare periodic cost reports, financial forecasts, and cash flow analysis.

Provide recommendations for cost optimization and value engineering.

What You'll Bring to ACC:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.

Skills & Competencies:

• Experience working on large-scale commercial, residential, or infrastructure projects.
• Advanced skills in MS Excel, AutoCAD.
• High attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic project environment.
