Job Description
QS:-
- Understand and reasonably interpret contract documents & drawing
- Assist in the tendering process performance measurement and cost breakdown
- Liaise with main contractors, suppliers & other parties involved in the project
- Prepare awards of contracts, payment certification, bills of quantities and other contract-related documents to main-con/supplier
- Assist in final account settlement/ commercial settlement of project account
- Identify and evaluate variation work
- To analyze project costing with the relevant breakdown
Job Requirements:
- 3 years and above experience as QS in construction companies
- Proven ability in contract negotiation, contract administration & variation orders
- Able to work independently, be meticulous, analytical with excellent problem-solving skills, proactive, a good team player & able to meet tight deadlines
