Job Description
- Review tender design drawings, specifications, BOQ etc.
- Responsible for providing complete quantity take-off and comparing it with tender quantities
- Preparation of a List of Technical Queries for Consultant clarification.
- Coordination with other staff to ensure that tender deadlines, procedures, and project requirements are met.
- Comprehension of local authority requirements and international standards.
- Coordinating with other departments to provide necessary support.
Qualifications, Experience and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying or a related field.
- Computer skills MS Office, PlanSwift and Auto CAD
- Minimum experience 3 7 years as a Quantity Surveyor in the Fitout industry
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure
- Knowledge of measurement methods (POMI).
