Quantity Surveyor - Joinery

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor – Post-Contract with strong experience in joinery projects. The candidate will be responsible for quantity surveying, cost control, variations, valuations, and commercial coordination throughout the project lifecycle.

• Handle post-contract quantity surveying and commercial activities for joinery projects.
• Prepare and review BOQs, quantity take-offs, and measurements.
• Prepare and submit interim payment applications and valuations.
• Prepare, track, and evaluate variations and additional works.
• Review drawings, specifications, and site measurements to identify scope changes.
• Prepare and maintain measurement sheets, WIRs, MIRs, and progress reports.
• Coordinate with project managers, site teams, consultants, main contractors, and clients.
• Monitor project costs and support cost control and budget tracking.
• Review subcontractor and supplier invoices and verify quantities and work completed.
• Assist with final accounts and project close-out.
• Maintain proper documentation and commercial records throughout the project.

• 5-6+ years of experience as a QS, preferably in joinery/interior fit-out.
• Strong experience in post-contract QS and commercial coordination.
• Experience with joinery items, furniture, doors, wardrobes, vanities, wall cladding, and interior fit-out works is preferred.
• Good knowledge of BOQs, drawings, measurements, variations, valuations, and payment applications.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and AutoCAD.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• UAE experience is preferred.
• UAE driving licence is an advantage.
