Quantity Surveyor

Location: Abu Dhabi Secondment / Dubai HQ

We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor for an initial 3 to 4-month secondment on major Commercial & Hospitality Fit-Out projects based in Abu Dhabi. Following the completion of the secondment, the role will transition to being based full-time at the Dubai HQ.

• Position: Quantity Surveyor (QS)
• Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
• Location: Abu Dhabi (Project Site Secondment) / Dubai (HQ Base)
• Duration: 3–4 Month Initial Secondment

Key Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 5+ years of QS experience within the UAE Fit-Out / Interior Contracting sector.
• Mobility: Must be able to commute and travel flexibly between the Abu Dhabi project site and the Dubai HQ.
• Expertise: Proven track record in Hospitality and commercial fit-out measurement, cost control, variations, final accounts, and subcontractor management.
• Availability: Immediate joiners or those on short notice periods preferred due to project timelines.
