Quantity Surveyor – MEP

Prepare quantity take-offs and BOQs for MEP and electromechanical works.
Measure completed work and prepare payment applications and subcontractor assessments.
Evaluate variations and maintain cost and commercial records.
Support procurement, cost control and preparation of final accounts.

Requirements

Mandatory Requirement for all positions:

Minimum 5 year experience in relevant field (MEP, BMS, Electromechanical).

UAE Experience will be preferred.
