Senior Quantity Surveyor
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Our client, a leading manufacturing, design & build company, is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Riyadh, KSA. This is a key commercial role supporting end-to-end project delivery across design, manufacturing, and construction operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage cost planning, budgeting, and commercial control across projects
- Prepare and review BOQs, cost plans, variations, and final accounts
- Ensure compliance with KSA regulations, contracts, and local commercial practices
- Support procurement, subcontractor management, and contract negotiations
- Provide accurate cost reporting, forecasting, and risk analysis
- Work closely with design, production, and project teams to ensure commercial alignment
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 Years experience as a QS
- Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor within design & build or manufacturing environments
- Strong knowledge of KSA construction regulations and QS practices
- Experience with contracts, cost control, and commercial management
- Based in Riyadh,KSA
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
