Job Description

The key responsibilities and duties of the Quantity Surveyor will include:

  • Preparation and verification of quantity take-offs for project activities.
  • Preparation and evaluation of subcontractor payments and invoices.
  • Preparation and submission of interim payment applications.
  • Reviewing and verifying quantities related to project progress.
  • Coordination with the project team regarding invoices.
  • Coordinating quantities and payments with the PMC and KOC teams.
  • Supporting technical team and variation / adjustment order preparation.
