We are hiring: Construction Commercial Manager

Location: Saudi Arabia

We are looking for an experienced Construction Commercial Manager to join a major project in Saudi Arabia.

The successful candidate must be degree-qualified and have strong experience across both pre-contract and post-contract commercial management. Previous experience with a leading main contractor would be highly advantageous.

Key requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management or a related discipline
• Strong pre-contract and post-contract experience
• Tendering, procurement and contract administration expertise
• Commercial reporting, cost control and forecasting experience
• Strong knowledge of variations, claims and final accounts
• Previous main contractor experience preferred
• Major building or infrastructure project experience
• Strong understanding of construction contracts and commercial risk
• Saudi Arabia or wider Middle East experience would be beneficial
