Job Title: Quantity Surveyor (QS)
Project: Hospital Development Phase 2
Role Overview:
The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for cost control, contract administration, and financial monitoring of construction activities for the hospital development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review BOQs, cost estimates, and quantity take-offs
- Monitor project costs, budgets, and financial forecasts
- Evaluate contractor payment applications and variations
- Support procurement and contract administration
- Track project expenditures and identify cost risks
- Assist in preparing commercial reports and cost analysis
- Coordinate with project teams and consultants on cost matters
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management
- 6-8 years of experience in cost management or quantity surveying
- Hospital or healthcare project experience is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts and cost control procedures
- Experience in fit-out projects and construction cost management
Salary & Benefits:
USD 6,000 6,500 per month + Accommodation, Transportation and Food provided (Client Side)
