Location: Dubai, UAE

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering / quantity surveying
• 710 years of experience in construction & contracting companies
• Strong knowledge of BOQs, cost control, variations, and interim valuations
• Experience in contract administration and final accounts
• UAE construction project experience is required
• Strong analytical and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review BOQs, cost estimates, and budgets
• Evaluate variations, claims, and subcontractor payments
• Monitor project costs and ensure budget control
• Prepare interim payment applications and final accounts
• Coordinate with project, contracts, and planning teams
