QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Key responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets and tender documents

• Perform quantity take-off and measurement based on drawings

• Prepare quotations, progress claims and Variation Orders (VO)

• Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations and claims

• Prepare subcontractor payment certificates and monitor payments

• Monitor project costs and prepare regular cost reports

• Handle contract administration and contractual documentation

• Prepare and negotiate final accounts

• Liaise with clients, consultants, Project Managers, subcontractors and suppliers

• Attend site meetings and carry out site measurements when required
  
  Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, or Civil Engineering

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Singapore construction industry (civil projects preferred)

  • Familiar with Singapore LTA contracts

  • Proficient in quantity take-offs, cost analysis, and MS Excel

  • Strong attention to detail, analytical, and communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
