Quantity Surveyor
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia |Full-time
Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh, responsible for cost estimation, measurement, and contract administration throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities (BOQ), and budgets for construction projects.
- Measure and value completed works for interim and final payment certificates.
- Review and evaluate contractor claims, variations, and change orders.
- Assist in contract administration and procurement processes.
- Monitor project costs and provide regular cost reports to management.
- Liaise with contractors, consultants, and clients on financial and contractual matters.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying.
- Strong knowledge of measurement standards, cost estimation, and contract procedures.
- Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., MS Excel, cost management systems).
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Experience working on projects in Saudi Arabia is an advantage.
