About Us:

We are a leading real estate development company, recognized for delivering exceptional projects globally and setting new benchmarks in the industry.

We are seeking an experienced and commercially astute Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the commercial management of multiple high-value projects across Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

This is a dynamic, dual-nature role requiring a blend of office-based cost management and frequent site presence. You will be responsible for the full project lifecycle, from pre-contract tendering through to post-contract administration and final account close-out, ensuring stringent cost control and adherence to FIDIC standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pre-Contract: Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQs), conduct detailed quantity take-offs, and develop cost estimates and budget plans.
  • Tendering: Prepare tender documentation, evaluate submissions, and assist in the selection of contractors.
  • Post-Contract Administration: Administer contracts in strict accordance with FIDIC conditions, review and evaluate contractor payment applications, and assess variations and claims.
  • Financial Reporting: Monitor project cash flows, prepare cost reports, and forecast final costs to ensure projects remain within budget.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise and coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors, and internal project stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Project Close-out: Assist in final account negotiations and manage the project close-out process.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of Quantity Surveying experience specifically within the UAE market.
  • Must have experience working with a Consultant, Developer, or Client-side organization. (Candidates with contractor-only experience will not be considered for this role).
  • Strong knowledge of standard methods of measurement (POMI, CESMM, NRM, or equivalent).
  • Deep understanding of FIDIC contract administration.
  • Proven experience in high-rise, residential, commercial, hospitality, or mixed-use developments.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, AutoCAD, and industry-standard Quantity Surveying software.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary and commission-based incentives.
  • A dynamic and professional work environment.
  • Career growth opportunities in a leading real estate firm.

If you have the required experience and skills, and you're ready to take on a challenging yet rewarding role, we'd love to hear from you!
