Position Title: Quantity Surveyor

About the Client:
A leading Abu Dhabi-based smart agriculture and farm infrastructure company specializing in large-scale agricultural project development across the region.
Job Description:
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, BOQs, tender evaluations, and project cost reports for infrastructure and civil projects.
- Manage variations, claims, valuations, and final accounts while ensuring compliance with contractual requirements.
- Monitor project costs, budgets, and expenditures to support effective cost control and financial performance.
- Coordinate with project, engineering, procurement, and commercial teams to ensure accurate quantity measurement and cost forecasting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in infrastructure, utilities, civil engineering, or construction projects, with strong knowledge of FIDIC, contracts, variations, claims, and cost control
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and quantity surveying/commercial management tools; UAE infrastructure project experience is highly preferred
