Job Description:
- Estimate costs for exhibition stands, events, and fit-outs by preparing budgets and interpreting CAD drawings to deliver cost-effective, high-quality plans.
- Work closely with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to get estimates, build relationships, and suggest cost-saving solutions.
- Coordinate project schedules, manage variation orders, and ensure timely delivery while keeping costs within budget.
- Assist sales managers with client price negotiations and prepare budgets for operations and supplier discussions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in quantity surveying for exhibition stands.
- Strong knowledge of materials, methods, production timelines, and proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel.
