S M Systems is a Singapore flooring and construction contractor. We deliver epoxyand resin flooring alongside general building works, and our pipeline isgrowing. We're looking for a Quantity Surveyor to help price our projects,manage claims and keep our jobs profitable.

Whetheryou're early in your career or an experienced QS, we'd like to hear from you -we'll shape the responsibilities around your level.

What you'll do

. Measure and price epoxyflooring and general building works from drawings.

. Prepare quotations,tenders and bills of quantities (BOQs).

. Submit monthly progressclaims and manage variations.

. Track project costs andkeep the numbers up to date for management reviews.

. Work with the projectand procurement teams to keep jobs on budget.

. Use QS software and Excelto keep your work efficient and accurate.

What we're looking for

. A qualification inQuantity Surveying, Building or Construction Management - fresh graduates andexperienced QSs both welcome.

. Comfortable measuringfrom drawings and working with numbers.

. Good with software, orkeen to pick up digital take-off and costing tools quickly.

. Organised, accurate andreliable, with a willingness to learn and grow.

. Experience withepoxy/resin flooring, coatings or the SOP Act progress-claim process is a plus,but not essential for junior applicants.
