Assist in preparation of tender submission
Responsible for measurement of quantities & cost estimation
Call quotations, compare prices and prepare bill of quantities to arrive the tender pricing
Study contract documents, perform measurements and prepare Bill of Quantities
Assist in contract administration, prepare progress claim(s) and liaise with the Client's representative on claims and variation costs
Prepare budget statement monthly and review by Superior
Review and verify the Subcontractor's / Supplier's claims and prepare payment certificates and to obtain approval from relevant parties
To maintain the Quality System in the Department
Be responsible for any other duties that may be assigned from time to time as your superior / Management deem fit.

Job Requirement

Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
Minimum 5-8 years working experience in tendering, estimating and measurement of quantities on projects
MRT/LTA tendering experience is preferred
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Good negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills
Resourceful, independent and able to work in a fast-paced environment
