Soiltec Piling & Foundation is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in geotechnical contracting, including piling, shoring, ground improvement, and deep foundation projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documents.
- Evaluate and manage subcontractor and supplier quotations.
- Handle contract administration, including interim valuations, variations, and final accounts.
- Monitor project budgets and provide regular cost reports.
- Collaborate with site engineers and project managers to ensure cost control and timely reporting.
- Work closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams to handle business and contract-related matters.
- Ensure compliance with contractual and legal requirements.
- Support procurement and commercial negotiations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of QS experience, with at least 2 years in geotechnical/foundation works (piling, ground anchors, shoring, etc.).
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Licensed/Certified Quantity Surveyor as per UAE regulations.
- Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and UAE construction regulations.
- Proficient in AutoCAD & MS Excel.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
