Job Description:

Spazio Design and Build International LLC are seeking a qualified and experienced Quantity Surveyor (Fit-Out) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all cost-related aspects of interior fit-out projects, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and effective cost control throughout each project lifecycle.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of UAE experience in Interior Design fit-out projects.
• Strong understanding of joinery, carpentry, and MEP elements within fit-out scope.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and QS-related software.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
