Radio Access Network Engineer

Job Title: BO RAN Engineer (Ericsson - Huawei)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced L2 RAN Engineer with hands-on expertise in Ericsson or Huawei technologies. You will handle the integration, commissioning, troubleshooting, and optimization of multi-vendor 2G/3G/4G/5G networks in a fast-paced operational environment.

Key Requirements

Vendor Expertise: Deep knowledge of architecture, integration, and commissioning for both Ericsson (RBS/eNodeB/gNodeB) and Huawei (BTS/NodeB/eNodeB/gNodeB) nodes.

Network Maintenance: Experience handling software upgrades, feature activations, and parameter tuning across both platforms.

Troubleshooting & Faults: Strong skills in resolving live network alarms, critical faults, and radio issues (coverage, capacity, interference, accessibility, and mobility).

OSS & Tools: Proficiency with Ericsson ENM/OSS-RC or Huawei U2020/M2000. Experience with drive test tools (TEMS/Nemo/Actix) is required.

Optimization: Strong understanding of LTE/5G KPIs and performance optimization strategies.
