Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Radio Network Optimization Engineer with a strong background in radio optimization and deep understanding of 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G technologies. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience working with Client's data and platforms to analyze network performance and improve user experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong background in radio network optimization.
• In-depth understanding of 2G, 3G, 4G (LTE), and 5G (NR) technologies.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience working with all types of client's data.
• Excellent working knowledge of Client platforms including Speedtest Insights, Cell Analytics, and related tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret large datasets and translate findings into optimization actions.
