We are currently looking for a Track Maintenance Depot Manager with a university degree, preferably in Civil Engineering (MSc or equivalent), Civil Works Engineering or a related discipline, with proven experience in railway track construction and/or maintenance projects and full availability to relocate to Saudi Arabia.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop the annual, monthly and weekly operational maintenance plans in accordance with the Maintenance Plans.
- Continuously monitor the condition and performance of the track and railway infrastructure, ensuring maintenance teams are available to respond to operational incidents.
- Review and update the maintenance management database daily, tracking completed and pending activities and planning both scheduled and corrective maintenance tasks.
- Issue instructions for the preparation of maintenance work orders and review completed reports.
- Supervise railway track and infrastructure maintenance activities.
- Maintain and manage maintenance records using the project's maintenance management software.
- Prepare technical reports related to maintenance plan compliance, work progress and incident investigations.
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Civil Works Engineering or an equivalent qualification with relevant experience.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Solid knowledge of ADIF railway track and infrastructure technical standards.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in railway construction and/or maintenance contracts, preferably on High-Speed Rail (HSR) projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and maintenance management software such as IBM Maximo, CMMS or similar.
- Willingness to relocate and reside in Saudi Arabia.
- Occupational Health & Safety training.
- English level B2 or higher (spoken and written).
- Valid driving licence (Category B).
