Ramp Agent – Helicopter Operations- Egypt

Abu Dhabi Aviation is seeking a safety-conscious and proactive Ramp Agent – Helicopter Operations to join our onsite team in Egypt. This role is essential in ensuring safe and efficient helicopter ground handling, supporting passenger and cargo operations, and coordinating turnaround activities in full compliance with aviation regulations and company standards.

Important Note: This position is for Egyptian Nationals only.

Role Summary

The Ramp Agent supports safe and efficient helicopter ground operations, including aircraft handling, passenger assistance, cargo handling, and turnaround activities. The role ensures full compliance with aviation safety standards and regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have prior aviation ramp experience, preferably in helicopter operations, with a strong focus on safety, teamwork, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Marshal and position helicopters safely on the helipad
• Ensure ramp safety compliance, including rotor safety and FOD checks
• Assist passengers with boarding, safety briefings, and PPE
• Handle loading/unloading of baggage and cargo as per weight limitations
• Coordinate safe refueling/defueling operations
• Communicate effectively with pilots, OCC, and ground teams
• Support turnaround activities and maintain operational documentation

Education & Qualifications

• High School Diploma (minimum)
• Minimum 2 years of aviation/ramp experience (helicopter preferred)
• Basic knowledge of ground handling, cargo operations, and fueling practices
• Good English communication skills
• Basic computer literacy
