We are seeking an experienced RDD Director to lead tenant coordination, delivery readiness, and fit-out execution across a portfolio of retail assets. This leadership role serves as the primary client-side interface for tenants, ensuring seamless delivery from handover through fit-out, commissioning, and store opening.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead tenant coordination, delivery readiness, and opening programs across assigned retail categories.
- Act as the primary liaison between Cenomi, tenants, consultants, and contractors.
- Drive governance, project controls, reporting, risk management, and escalation throughout the fit-out lifecycle.
- Oversee handovers, design reviews, site progress, commissioning, snagging, and opening readiness.
- Chair portfolio and performance review meetings while providing strategic updates to senior leadership.
- Ensure timely delivery, operational readiness, and successful store openings across the portfolio.
Requirements:
- 10-15+ years of experience in retail delivery, tenant coordination, fit-out, and opening readiness.
- Proven leadership managing multidisciplinary teams and engaging with luxury brands, F&B operators, entertainment, and retail tenants.
- Strong expertise in programme management, stakeholder engagement, reporting, and project delivery.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
