We are looking for a Full Stack Dashboard Developer to design, build, and scale modern dashboard platforms for our client in Dubai. This role requires strong experience in React, TypeScript, and dashboard development, with the ability to deliver end-to-end, production-grade solutions.
This is initially a 12-month renewable contract position in the organization and reports to the Head of Technology in the IT department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop responsive web dashboards using React.js with TypeScript
- Build reusable UI components using Tailwind CSS and component libraries
- Implement state management using Redux Toolkit
- Ensure high-performance, scalable, and user-friendly UI/UX
- Translate business KPIs into clear data visualizations
- Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and datasets
- Implement authentication, authorization, and version control (Git)
- Optimize dashboards for large-scale data handling
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
- Provide UI/UX recommendations to improve usability
- Use AI-assisted development tools to enhance productivity and code quality
Knowledge, skills & experience:
- Strong experience in React.js and TypeScript
- Experience building data dashboards or analytics platforms
- Solid understanding of frontend architecture and component-based design
- Experience with state management tools (Redux or similar)
- Hands-on experience integrating with backend APIs
- Exposure to modern UI frameworks (e.g., Tailwind CSS, Shadcn)
- Understanding of performance optimization for data-heavy applications
- Experience with mobile frameworks (React Native) is a plus
- Exposure to Palantir Foundry is preferred
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
