We are Seeking a talented and motivated Lead Programmer Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in JavaScript, React JS, HTML, CSS, and Unit Testing, with the ability to design and build robust, reusable, and well-tested front-end components. This role offers the opportunity to work on modern UI technologies in a collaborative and fast-paced environment, while taking ownership of components end-to-end and mentoring junior team members.

• Experience should have 5+ years to 7 Years into the frontend development using JavaScript & ReactJS.
• Strong hands-on experience in JavaScript (ES6+) and modern front-end development practices.
• Solid working knowledge of React JS - hooks, component lifecycle, state management, and performance optimization.
• Strong proficiency in HTML5 and CSS3, including responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Hands-on experience with Unit Testing frameworks for front-end code (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library, Jasmine/Karma) and writing testable, maintainable components.
• Ability to build reusable UI components and maintain a consistent design/component library.
• Good understanding of REST API integration and asynchronous data handling in front-end applications.
• Familiarity with build tools (Webpack/Vite), version control (Git), and code quality tools (ESLint/Prettier).
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to development best practices.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve UI application issues in a timely manner.
• Work closely with stakeholders and senior team members to ensure alignment with business requirements and project timelines.
• Practical, day-to-day use of AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code) as an active part of the development workflow.
