Are you an experienced leader in the Ready Mix Concrete industry
We are seeking a highly skilled Batch Plant Head to join our team and take full ownership of plant operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily plant operations and ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and safety procedures.
- Manage production schedules to meet client requirements with the highest quality standards.
- Supervise and train teams, assign tasks, and ensure smooth workflow across all shifts.
- Coordinate resources (staff, equipment, materials) to optimize efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Ensure concrete quality, monitor customer feedback, and resolve issues effectively.
- Collaborate with maintenance, logistics, and sales teams to support seamless operations and client service.
- Lead with strong planning, monitoring, and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 4–6 years of proven experience in the Ready Mix Concrete industry.
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to drive performance.
- Excellent problem-solving, coordination, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in computer applications and strong attention to detail.
- Very good command of English.
