Role Description The Real Estate Agent at EgyProperty is a full-time, on-site role based in New Cairo. The agent will support clients through the full property transaction cycle, including identifying suitable properties, arranging viewings, and advising on market conditions and pricing. Day-to-day tasks include managing property listings, responding to inquiries, negotiating offers, and coordinating with legal and administrative teams to ensure accurate documentation. The role also involves building and maintaining client relationships, staying updated on local real estate trends, and representing EgyProperty professionally at all times.

Qualifications

• Strong client service and communication skills, including the ability to build trust and maintain long-term relationships.
• Negotiation and sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets in a similar or related field.
• Familiarity with real estate processes, local market conditions in New Cairo, and basic property valuation principles.
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple listings, viewings, and client requests efficiently.
• Comfort with digital tools and platforms for managing listings, communication, and documentation.
• Ability to work on-site in New Cairo and adapt to a dynamic, client-focused environment.
• Previous experience in real estate, sales, or customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Relevant educational background in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
