We're Hiring: Real Estate Administrator

Aylesford Middle East is seeking a detail-oriented Real Estate Administrator to support end-to-end property sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage listings on Property Finder, Bayut & Dubizzle

Prepare and manage contracts, MOUs & real estate documentation

Coordinate with agents, developers & internal teams

Ensure RERA/DLD compliance and accurate record-keeping

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years experience in real estate sales support or contracts

Proficient in CRM systems, MS Office

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and discreet
