Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Administrator. As a Real Estate Administrator, your day-to-day tasks will include managing property listings, coordinating property viewings, assisting clients with inquiries and requests, and providing administrative support to the real estate team. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, preparing lease agreements, and ensuring a smooth and efficient operation of the real estate office.

  • Experience in property management and lettings
  • Strong administrative assistance skills
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations
  • Proficiency in using real estate management software
