We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Admin Manager to join our real estate development team. The role involves handling administrative processes related to Sales & Purchase Agreements (SPA), unit inventory management, documentation, and supporting the sales and operations teams with day-to-day administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process Sales & Purchase Agreements (SPA) for residential and commercial units in coordination with the sales and legal teams.
- Maintain and update unit inventory records across all projects (available, sold, blocked, reserved units).
- Liaise with legal, finance, and sales departments to ensure SPA documentation is accurate and timely.
- Manage and organize digital and physical filing of client documents and legal contracts.
- Generate sales, inventory, and booking reports as required by management.
- Coordinate with CRM or ERP systems (if applicable) to ensure data accuracy and updates.
- Provide administrative support during project launches, handovers, and client onboarding.
- Support other ad hoc administrative tasks related to project documentation and compliance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
- 13 years of experience in real estate administration or documentation (experience with a real estate developer is preferred).
- Knowledge of Sales & Purchase Agreement preparation is essential.
- Familiarity with real estate project lifecycle, RERA (if applicable), and CRM tools is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good communication and coordination skills.
