Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for a Real Estate Agent. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, or renting properties, completing property tours, advising on market trends, and preparing necessary documentation. Developing long-term client relationships, maintaining a detailed understanding of Dubai's real estate market, and working with developers to promote properties will also be key responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Possession of a valid Real Estate License
• Strong knowledge and understanding of the real estate market and real property regulations
• Proficiency in Sales and Customer Service with excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Proven experience or skills in building client relationships and driving property transactions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
• Previous experience in the Dubai real estate market or similar roles is an advantage
